Our Team

Keyworkers

At BCL, each person has an allocated key worker who works closely with them, social workers, and other agencies in meeting their identified needs.

Our experienced key workers ensure that the needs of people in our care are met holistically. Our key workers also ensure that the people that we care for are engaged in productive activities in line with their care and placement plans.

Our key workers also provide comprehensive weekly and monthly placement reports to social workers as and when required. We also teach everyone we care for the skills and values they need to be able to live independently in the community and manage their own homes. We support them in developing positive communication skills, and accessing some form of education, training, or employment.

Semi-independent support

Our services provide personalised support packages to meet individual needs. We provide 24-hour support and care to support and enable people with mental health, illness, and challenging behaviour to live as independently as possible.
